We are looking for a Chief Adviser to play a pivotal role at the heart of the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS), providing expert advice to the NI Executive, Ministers and NICS Board on all strategic issues, opportunities and risks in science and technology.
Representing NI on the national and international stage, you will actively promote the value and benefits of science and technology, developing a regional strategy to put both at the heart of how we develop policy and grow our economy.
You will be an employee of The Executive Office, reporting directly to the Head of the NI Civil Service (HOCS), however this appointment is also available on the basis of a secondment to The Executive Office.
