Summary
This person will be responsible for collecting data from patients in a hospital setting who are enrolled in the clinical research trials. This position ensures accurate data collection, documentation organization and safety of study volunteers. This person is also responsible for preparing regulatory documents, collaborating with Institutional Review Boards (IRB), Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and National Institute of Health (NIH).

Job Duties
- Manages recruitment and screening of participants for trial enrollment
- Maintains correspondence with subjects before, during, and after enrollment, including scheduling visits between participants and research team members, per protocol and as needed
- Maintains data collected throughout the trial and ensures study records are kept up-to-date and in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Input data in proper databases and physical study binders
- Manages submissions and communications with the IRB, FDA, and NIH
- Manages proper research billing throughout the trial, including billing from BSLMC and BCM
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
- One year of relevant experience.
