What You Will Achieve
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Scientist to join the Molecular Assessment and Profiling group in BioMedicine Design at Pfizer. This individual will provide critical analytical support for RNA vaccine optimization in discovery research and development using a suite of established methods including qPCR, ddPCR, RP-UPLC, CGE and DLS. Successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team's deliverables.

How You Will Achieve It
- Characterize and assess RNA and RNA LNP integrity and stability using a suite of established assays
- Analyze experiment data with manager guidance and present results to project research teams
- Provide proper experiment documentations in electronic notebook
- Participate in experiment design and automation process to improve workflow efficiency
Qualifications
Must-Have
- BA/BS with at least 1 year experience in relevant molecular biology and/or biochemistry field
- Proficient with micro pipetting and a solid foundation of general scientific practices
- Basic understanding with various nucleic acid characterization methods and techniques such as qPCR, and CGE (Fragment Analyzer)
- The position requires keen attention to detail (analytical-minded) and ability to multi-task efficiently
- Ability to learn new techniques quickly and follow established protocols with precision
- Working experience with using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation and reporting
- Excellent communication, presentation and documentation skills
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledgeable with RNA biochemistry
