YOUR ROLE
  • Manages several individual, complex, cross-regional innovation projects on operational level for our business unit, Automotive Components, in North America
  • Creates and aligns on project time schedule and financial plan
  • Updates and reports on project progress and summarizes status of managed projects
  • Prepares and presents projects for decision meetings and reviews
  • Manages project budget and relevant KPIs
  • Identifies risks and defines countermeasures
  • Takes lead in case of problems and conflicts
  • Guides team members to properly use project tools, templates and deliverables and drives execution within cross-functional project teams

YOUR SKILLS
  • Certified (PMP or PMI or equivalent) Project Manager
  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive or Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or other science related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as project manager
  • Prefer experience working with commercial specialized project management tools (PlanView or equivalent)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Basic understanding of Automotive Quality standards (APQP/IATF 16949)
