YOUR ROLE

• Develop and maintain the vision of data and analytics products and oversee the execution of that vision
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders and align the product vision with business goals to maximize the value generated
• Lead cross-functional and cross-border product teams within our Data & Analytics strategy having a strong focus on Technology, BI and Data Science
• Support business stakeholder identifying new value adding products and validate the feasibility and value of new business ideas
• Lead ideation and innovation workshops, define and design the idea along the digital product lifecycle
• Cooperate with other departments, partners and third parties to drive business value
• Be an ambassador and coach of new ways of working within the Henkel dx department, e.g., Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas, Rapid Prototyping
• Actively participate in cross-functional teams in the execution of our data & analytics strategy and driving digital change
• Live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (physics, mathematics, bioinformatics, (computer) science); PhD is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of product owner experience with a focus on data and analytics
• Agile ways of working and native user of agile processes e.g., Scrum, Kanban, BizDevOps with respective certifications (e.g., Scrum-Master, Product Owner)
• Hands on experience in Python, R or similar languages and knowledge of common machine learning algorithms
• Experience in data preparation, data modeling, analysis, visualization and UI/UX design
• Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus
• Proven track record in working closely with non-technical teams translating complex business problems into measurable data products
• Strong skills in presenting concepts in verbal and written format to both technical and non-technical colleagues
