- Visual Inspection, X-ray, C-SAM, SEM
- Ion milling & mechanical cross section and parallel lapping/polishing
- Responsible to carry out hands-on laboratory failure analysis testing.
- Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communicate to internal stakeholders
- Train and coach other employees in a professional and systematic way
- Support laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement
- Support lab equipment ownership and maintenance to ensure high functionality
- Additional duties as assigned
YOUR SKILLS
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Attention to detail, organization, manual dexterity, and patience while often working with devices and detail-oriented tasks
- Must possess strong skills in problem solving, teamwork, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communications.
- Ability to instantly adapt to a flexible and changing schedule
- Capable of taking direction from multiple individuals and accomplishing project tasks successfully
- Computer/software skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Associates in Engineering or Science discipline (Physics preferred)
- Understanding of semiconductor process highly desired.
- Previous experience working in a semiconductor failure analysis lab preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in electrical component testing, troubleshooting root cause and failure analysis
