YOUR ROLE
  • Visual Inspection, X-ray, C-SAM, SEM
  • Ion milling & mechanical cross section and parallel lapping/polishing
  • Responsible to carry out hands-on laboratory failure analysis testing.
  • Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to accepted standards and communicate to internal stakeholders
  • Train and coach other employees in a professional and systematic way
  • Support laboratory 5S maintenance and continuous improvement
  • Support lab equipment ownership and maintenance to ensure high functionality
  • Additional duties as assigned

YOUR SKILLS
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Attention to detail, organization, manual dexterity, and patience while often working with devices and detail-oriented tasks
  • Must possess strong skills in problem solving, teamwork, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communications.
  • Ability to instantly adapt to a flexible and changing schedule
  • Capable of taking direction from multiple individuals and accomplishing project tasks successfully
  • Computer/software skills (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Associates in Engineering or Science discipline (Physics preferred)
  • Understanding of semiconductor process highly desired.
  • Previous experience working in a semiconductor failure analysis lab preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in electrical component testing, troubleshooting root cause and failure analysis
