Postdoctoral and Research Associate Positions

The Falke Lab at the University of Colorado Boulder has additional funding and welcomes applications for two Professional Research Assistant Positions. Each position will investigate the biochemical and biophysical mechanisms of a signaling pathway central to eukaryotic chemotaxis, cell growth, and many human cancers. Successful candidates will have a passion for collaborative, rigorous, groundbreaking research, a desire to learn and be productive, as well as experience with one or more methods employed. Our methods include tools from biophysics (single molecule imaging, spectroscopy), biochemistry (protein purification and pathway reconstitution), protein engineering (designed and disease-linked mutations, heterologous expression), and cell biology (fluorescence imaging, hypothesis testing in the native context).
