YOUR ROLE
  • Provide daily support to production to ensure that product is operating within the manufacturing instruction. Take corrective action to address process deviations and identify root cause to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Assist engineers in maintaining control of designed process parameters to ensure processes are in control.
  • Assist engineers in developing, revising, and implementing documented procedures such as SOP, WI, MI, JSA, etc.
  • Assist engineers in investigating the root cause for NCMR and customer complaints.
  • Provide support and collaboration with engineers and operation team to respond to all operation and product quality issues.
  • Ability to define problem, collect data, establish fact, and draw valid conclusion.
  • Ability to write reports and procedures and effectively to present information to the team.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and from limited or no documentations.

YOUR SKILLS
  • Associate degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Competency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Chemical batch processing is a must
  • Has a strong commitment to accuracy and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Highly skilled with ability to move between projects.
  • Mechanical aptitude preferred.
