YOUR ROLE
  • Implementing SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and Sustainability plans/programs and monitoring SHE KPIs as monthly, quarterly and annually in order to sustain good SHE system
  • Facilitating compliance to local and international legal requirements and Henkel SHE standards and procedures compliance for relevant locations (Capacity report, Environmental Permit, Fire Department Report Shift Working Document etc.)
  • Taking SHE Responsible role in projects aspect of Safety, Health and Environment (Risk assessments, legal and Henkel requirements, legal applications etc.)
  • Performing risk assessments and Corporate Alert Letter GAP analyses for Tuzla Plant
    Conducting workplace risk assessments (WPRA), process risk assessments (PRA) and job safety risk assessments (JSA)
  • Performing and leading to meet process safety requirements (explosion protection, SEVESO requirements etc.) of processes
  • Performing internal SHE and Energy audit and suppliers' SHE audits according to the legal requirements, Henkel standards and management system standards, preparing audit reports, following to corrective and preventive actions
  • Maintaining effective SHE and management systems (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001) and supporting hygiene system implementation for relevant location of B operations
  • Maintaining effective energy management system ISO 50001 and its sub management system requirement implementation
  • Facilitating SHE related Management of Change (MOC) and for people, process, equipment and technology on the site where he/she is responsible
  • Enhancing SHE awareness, conducting SHE trainings and campaigns, SWA and SUSA conversations, sharing safety alerts for whole plants
  • Assuming responsibility to report and investigate any accident, near miss and incident that occurred within the workplace and processes
  • Ensuring Henkel Corporate Security requirements implementation on site as a site Security Responsible

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, MS Degree will be a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Having minimum B Class Safety Certificate is required
  • Strong analytical background and competence in management systems ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and ISO 14001
  • Having NEBOSH General Certificate is a plus
  • Minimum 6 years of experience preferably in chemical industry and/or FMCG
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
  • Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
