YOUR ROLE
  • Work in a global cross-functional team on developing and implementing new 3DP applications and solutions for customers in various industries, such as medical, consumer goods and automotive
  • Convert knowledge and experience from traditional industrial plastic manufacturing technologies, such as injection molding, into new applications for 3D Printing
  • Leverage the potential of 3D Printing DLP technology and create novel designs and applications
  • Understand global regulatory requirements of projects
  • Drive industry necessary certifications such as Medical Devise and UL Certification
  • Collaborate and develop roadmap with global customer design centers and industry experts
  • Meet with key global customers at their facilities to translate and identify new opportunities
  • Support complex sales of products or solutions to customers on a partnership basis
  • Establishes and leverages external networks and partnerships such as printer OEMs
  • Responsible for customer facing technical documents and technical testing
  • Learn and leverage data science techniques to collect clean, normalized data and to make data driven decisions
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking studies to assess ability to win and innovation opportunities
  • Responsible for the technical training of field sales forces, customers, and the Application Engineering talent development
  • Understand latest technologies and impacts to customers

YOUR SKILLS
  • University Degree in Engineering/Science or related discipline. MBA preferable
  • Prefer 3+ years experience in industrial plastic manufacturing technologies, such as injection molding or international industrial chemical environment
  • Proficient experience in CAD Software (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360)
  • Experience in Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) is a plus
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience with projects on technology or product Development
  • Experience in Technical Customer Service is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment Creativity
