YOUR ROLE

• Support the global dx License Management Team with administrative, documentation, and quality-control-tasks to set-up the Software Asset Management (SAM) tool (ServiceNow SAM Pro) and migrate the existing solution
• Import, execute quality gate and update license entitlement records in the SAM tool
• Execute functional testing of SAM tool based on defined cases during platform upgrades
• Resolve tickets and tasks in the related SAM tool; Act as a license management contact for requests addressed to license management team

YOUR SKILLS

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses
• With a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in License Management and ServiceNow System Administration
• Being a ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is highly preferred
• Working knowledge and experience in Java Programming is an advantage
• Experience in IT Service Management is required
• Must have excellent command of spoken and written English; Skilled in innovation, agile project management, and global stakeholder management
• Must have attention to detail and quality
