Do you dare to make an impact?
  • Lead the R&D Filling Technology within the Laundry and Home Care packaging portfolio
  • Develop new solutions and adapt existing filling technology platforms to drive sustainable growth for Henkel
  • Act as the key R&D interface with Supply Chain Engineering to ensure filling technologies are well evaluated and selected for successful start-up and scale-up production
  • Partner with Purchasing and Machine Filling Suppliers to screen and co-create state of the art filling technologies to support product and packaging innovation pipelines
  • Partner with R&D peers in Packaging, Formulation, Sustainability and Regulatory to ensure consumer centric innovations are developed and launched with excellence
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on patents and proprietary agreements, ensuring Henkel's IP is protected through collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Lead, coach and develop a team of direct reports

  • Master's degree in Packaging Engineering or Packaging Technology preferred
  • Minimum 7-10 years' experience in an R&D filling technologies or supply chain packaging engineering
  • Broad-based R&D experience, including R&D product processing and/or supply chain, preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience leading a team of direct reports, with a proven track record of delivering strong business results in parallel with people development
  • Excellent critical thinking and project management skills, with ability to articulate technical risks and business impacts in a way which is well understood by senior company leaders
  • Experience in scaling up new filling technologies, and successfully validating them across the supply chain network
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
