YOUR ROLE
  • To carry out laboratory activities including Adhesive & Sealants formula preparation and testing
  • To attend and participate in work-related meetings and discussions
  • To record testing activities in the laboratory notebook and provide data to other team members
  • To make available results of technical activities in data chart and tables
  • To keep work areas adequately equipped and to maintain neatness and safety to acceptable standards
  • To perform any normal duties such as laboratory ordering, preparation of shipping samples and documentation

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year industrial experience in a chemical laboratory environment
  • Understanding of Adhesive & Sealants applications and testing equipment such as mixing, dispersing, and application equipment
  • Understanding of test specimen preparation and testing
  • Strong team spirit and appreciation of an agile working environment
