YOUR ROLE
- Play an important part in the implementation of sustainability strategies in a global FMCG company and be involved in tracking Henkel's environmental and safety performance in line with Corporate Strategy
- Ensure the exchange of information and good communication with stakeholders (internal & external)
- Coordinate environmental, safety and incident data for Henkel sites worldwide
- Ensure high quality reporting and compliance with deadlines, review data quality
- Organize the sustainability reporting
- Ensure the performance controlling, prepare external ratings and performance reviews
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, Natural Sciences or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on environmental technology, environmental management or other sustainability topics
- First relevant experience is desirable
- Analytical mindset, sound data skills and convincing communication skills
- Inquiring mind, creative energy and initiative
- Team player (d/f/m) with self-motivated work ethic
- Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI)
- Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
