YOUR ROLE
  • Join the Medical Market Strategy Team and be part of developing and transforming the Medical Business of Adhesive Technologies
  • Contribute to the market strategy process by identifying market trends and translating them into actionable business opportunities
  • Support scouting of innovations and market trends within core and adjacent businesses and prepare analysis and presentations for management
  • Prepare strategy presentations jointly with the team detailing the Medical strategic agenda and ensure communication of strategic priorities
  • Support project management activities of Medical workstreams and gain insight into cross-functional collaboration in an international work context
  • Receive feedback and coaching to further develop your skills
  • Get to know Henkel Adhesive Technologies as a first step towards building a long-term career at Henkel

YOUR SKILLS
  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in the areas of science, engineering or business with strong interest into market strategy
  • Previous internship in strategy or in the Medical/ Healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proven international experience, e.g. by internships and or semester abroad
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven analytical capabilities and strong communication skills
  • Availability as of May for 3-6 months
