YOUR ROLE

Job Purpose (General Function, Primary Objective, Important End result)

  • Support current Henkel Adhesive ECA (electrically conductive adhesive) application in solar industry
  • lead lab work, customer trouble shooting, seminar etc.
  • Good team work, collaborate closely with key stakeholders, PD, Sales, Marketing and project manager;
  • can work under pressure, deal with challenge situation,
  • Strong accountability and ownership
Key Dimensions (NES, Sales Area, Marketing Budget, Production Volume, Processing Cost, headcounts,etc)

  • Lead the setup of strong lab test capability for the ECA application in solar shingle area;
  • AEI Greater CN solar ACE project delivery,
  • AEI Greater CN ADP innovation project delivery
Principal Accountabilities

  • Lead the setup of strong lab test capability for the ECA application in solar shingle area 20%
  • AEI Greater CN ACE Project delivery 40%
  • AEI Greater CN Innovation ADP project delivery 40%
