The Adhesives Global Operations & Supply Chain - Lean Manufacturing team in Amsterdam develops standards, processes and procedures to support Operational Excellence in all regions, at all production facilities. The global team covers a wide range of topics and responsibilities, such as design and development, deployment, training, audits and global governance of Henkel Production System (HPS)

YOUR ROLE

  • Support the activities of the Global Controlling team and help steer the global business by supporting with regular reporting, forecasting and planning processes
  • Assist with the global planning and budgeting process, including financial modelling and scenario analysis, summaries for Regions and Business Units and coordinating planning workshops
  • Participate and support improvement initiatives in the area of Financial Controlling by developing reports and tools
  • Conduct controlling-related special analyses for business and regional stakeholders
  • Coordinate with shared service centers and cooperate in cross functional projects within the Adhesives organization

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor degree in business studies, ideally focused on Finance or Supply Chain Management
    Working proficiency in English language
  • Firm knowledge of MS-Office, advanced level in Excel and Power Point
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills as well as a goal-oriented approach
  • Team-oriented, flexible personality with analytical thinking
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility and put the knowledge gained during studies into practice
  • International experience is an advantage
  • Available for 6 months full time as of July/August 2022.
