YOUR ROLE
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to programs and activities in the area of Customer Service & Sales Excellence
  • Act as part of a team responsible for the evolution of Henkel's Value Chain Platform (VCP)
  • Actively drive platform strategies and ensure consistent implementation of strategic dx priorities
  • Take the lead to drive the roadmap and architecture for Sales, after-sales and Customer Service at Henkel and related initiatives in S/4HANA,
  • This includes responsibility for the solution portfolio, roadmap and accountability that the solutions fulfill global guidelines, standards and architecture frameworks
  • Participate in the S/4HANA adoption, driving complex ERP initiatives across the global dx organization to success

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in business informatics, computer sciences or economics
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the field of responsibility
  • Experience from at least one full S/4HANA project cycle in a similar role
  • This implies experience in architecture and solution design, SAP ERP innovation topics (e.g. SAP Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or Experience Management), concepts for customer insights and centricity, management of intercompany processes and experience in related solutions like CRM and pricing (e.g. Vistex)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to manage initiatives across teams and locations
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
  • Invest in relationship building with vendors (e.g. SAP) and show high self-motivation to innovate while adhering to global governance
  • A team player who has proven to lead subject matter communities
