Post-Doctoral Positions at Columbia University. We are soliciting applications for post-doctoral positions in an NIH-supported research training program in the area of atherosclerosis. The faculty of this training program is broadly interested in atherosclerosis. Specific areas of interest include: 1. lipid metabolism and transport; 2. vascular biology and endothelial function; 3. inflammation, insulin resistance and cell signaling; and 4. risk factors, genetics, behavioral medicine and clinical trials. The training program will support recent graduates holding M.D., Ph.D., or other doctoral degrees. These positions are available only to U.S. citizens or permanent residents and are usually of two or three year durations.
