The primary role for the candidate will be assisting in contract manufacturing management in a cleanroom GMP facility at the Center for Cell and Gene Therapy. The purpose of this position is to coordinate day to day activities of manufacturing protocols, there by ensuring accurate data collection, documentation, organization and communication of activities to third party client.

The position will require training on GMP procedures.

Job Duties

  • Reviews and compiles manufacturing batch records.
  • Provides batch records, validation reports and related documents to external client.
  • Provides updates to external client on production pipeline.
  • Assists with creating budgets and supply management for third party protocol.
  • Assists with logistics, i.e. receipt and distribution of third party protocol products.
  • Assists with drafting Standard Operating Procedures, validation plans and perform experiments as needed.
  • Participates in conference calls with external client.
  • Works closely with different groups within the Center of Cell and Gene Therapy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Four years of related experience may substitute for degree requirement.
  • One year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in related field.
  • Laboratory experience.
