YOUR ROLE
- Influencing and/or driving global green building certification strategy based on customer/market demands
- Playing an expert role and a lead contributor/project manager for major SBU projects related to GBC and relevant tenders
- Identifying, developing, and driving/coordinating green building certification processes
- Developing training and best practice sharing concepts
- Leading/supporting local organizations towards green building certification and supporting the implementation of harmonized solutions
- Providing global support within areas of responsibility to grow the Henkel business
YOUR SKILLS
- Master's degree in the field of Environmental Protection, Environmental Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Architecture, Construction or related
- Postgraduate studies in Environmental Protection, Environmental Management or related are advantageous
- Ideally 5 years experience in managing a team responsible for sustainable development in the organization
- Experience in projects certified with multi-criteria building assessment systems
- Experience in implementing environmental certificates for the company (e.g. ISO 14001) and product certificates
- Training and courses in the field of LEED, BREEAM certification, product certificates such as EPD, Cradle to Cradle, Emicode, M1 and related
- Interest in environmental protection and issues related to the activities presented during the Climate Summits
- Fluent English (technical English) language skills, German is advantageous
