Our industry-leading platform based around DNA encoded small molecules (Encoded Library Technologies) is poised to achieve new levels of productivity following advances in selection methods, data analytics, and high throughput chemistry. We are looking for a biophysicist who will be responsible for the development, validation, qualification, and implementation of test methods in support of discovery research with particular emphasis on biophysical assays. Why You? Basic Qualifications: PhD/MS/BS in biophysics, analytical chemistry, biology or biochemistry. Experience running biophysical and chemical assays and measuring small molecule or aptamer protein interaction. Independent, organized, and willing to take on responsibility and continually pursue self-improvement. Ability to work in a team and give/receive constructive feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
