YOUR ROLE
  • Be part of Adhesive Technologies' Digital Sales Excellence team (dxA Sales Excellence) with a focus on sales enablement, working on strategic sales enablement projects and related topics
  • Support the development of business critical customer relationship management applications with your operational and conceptual skills
  • Support mobile application development and take responsibility for collecting and analyzing user feedback
  • Translate user requirements into user stories with a focus on user experience
  • Support the global customer relationship management team
  • Be involved in the day-to-day operations
  • Work in a dynamic, collaborative, transparent and non-hierarchical culture

YOUR SKILLS
  • Student who has successfully passed first semesters in business-related studies, ideally focused on digital technologies, ideally with B.Sc. in electrical/electronic/IT engineering or similar background
  • First practical experience, preferably in CRM environment or customer experience
  • Very good written and spoken English skills, German is beneficial
  • Advanced MS Office skills are required
  • High digital affinity and trained handling in digital software and tools
  • Experience in the field of agile projects
  • Self-motivated and creative team-player with a high level of independency and ability to challenge the status quo and bring innovative ideas to established processes
  • Creative thinker who enjoys working in a diverse and intercultural rock-solid team
  • Availability as of March/April for six months
