  • Oversees and organizes new packaging development projects, executes strategy consistent with defined business plan
  • Guides team regarding new approaches, solutions, processes, packagings within an agreed timeframe
  • Ensures fulfillment of performance, quality and cost requirements
  • Defines and plans resources to meet planned objectives
  • Ensures compliance with Henkel corporate SHE standards, policies and procedures
  • Develops team members regarding leadership commitments, technical and digital competences
  • Ensures circular economy target achievement
  • Executes process development necessary to support cross-functional teams to achieve completion of new technologies and innovations
  • Ensures that all new packages meet international recycling, health and safety requirements and other regulations
  • Assures technology state of the art through patent protection of all new developments and technologies
  • Connects with consumers and generates consumer insights through various platforms

  • University technical degree or equivalent (Engineering, Packaging Technology and etc).
  • Additional technical & business-oriented qualifications is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in packaging operations and/or development areas of FMCG industries at least 2 years.
  • Relevant experience in project management and clear understanding of product and process development & implementation.
  • Experience within the packaging production industry is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English (level upper-intermediate or higher).
  • Leadership and ability to impact and influence to move things forward, while balancing differing ideas / agendas.
  • Clear understanding of the key business parameters and their influence on the area activities.
  • Consumer needs understanding and proven capability of integrating commercial needs and technical solutions.
  • Strong team player and result-oriented with respect for quality and timing.
  • Analytical, communication, negotiation, problem solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to lead and manage projects with medium to high level of complexity (technical / geographical / business impact / No of stakeholders / CapEx).
