YOUR ROLE

• Research and develop groundbreaking dry-mix technologies for building products like tile adhesives and grouts, floor levelling compounds, repair mortars etc.
• Identify opportunities for new products, systems, or their performance improvement, based on very good understanding of the market and application benefits for the user
• Lead one or multiple R&D projects critical to business
• Act as an ambassador for the scientific community of Henkel Adhesive Technologies, both internally and externally
• Act as responsible for new research, IP, publications, technology roadmap
• Steer and facilitate knowledge sharing and support project teams in solving problems

YOUR SKILLS

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Mineralogy, Chemistry or similar, e.g., as a Mineralogist (d/f/m), Chemist (d/f/m), Engineer (d/f/m) or comparable
• Min. 5 years professional experience in the specified fields
• Highly experienced in formulating products like tile adhesives and grouts, self-leveling-compounds, mortars, etc.
• High scientific skills plus excellent communicator and connector
• Knowledge of relevant markets
• Fluent English language skills, German is advantageous
