YOUR ROLE

• Support of lab experiments for product development and analysis of results of product development trials and application tests with a focus on the development of basic technologies based on renewable raw materials in the field of adhesives and sealants
• Support Open Innovation projects and ADP projects, frequently in cooperation with Academia (research consortia) in the new Inspiration Centre (ICD) in Düsseldorf
• Assistance in comparing existing products with competitor products in terms of features such as costs and formulations
• Gathering information for studies from benchmarks
• Cooperating with academic institutions as well as production and quality departments
• Understanding and implementing project planning
• Ensuring SHE and compliance

YOUR SKILLS

• Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (d/f/m), further training as a Technician (d/f/m) an advantage
• 6 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment as well as experience with adhesives
• Good MS Office skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills as well as a high willingness to learn
• Fluent German and good English skills
