- Support of lab experiments for product development and analysis of results of product development trials and application tests with a focus on the development of basic technologies based on renewable raw materials in the field of adhesives and sealants
- Support Open Innovation projects and ADP projects, frequently in cooperation with Academia (research consortia) in the new Inspiration Centre (ICD) in Düsseldorf
- Assistance in comparing existing products with competitor products in terms of features such as costs and formulations
- Gathering information for studies from benchmarks
- Cooperating with academic institutions as well as production and quality departments
- Understanding and implementing project planning
- Ensuring SHE and compliance
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (d/f/m), further training as a Technician (d/f/m) an advantage
- 6 years of relevant experience in a laboratory environment as well as experience with adhesives
- Good MS Office skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills as well as a high willingness to learn
- Fluent German and good English skills
