YOUR ROLE
The concepts and solution proposals you develop, shall increase effectiveness, efficiency and compliance in the Source-to-Pay process and tool landscape by developing, implementing and operating best-in-class processes, systems and tools, driving digital change.
- Design and Implementation of Source-to-Pay (StP) e2e projects with focus on Digital Collaboration of Purchasing, incl. Master Data
- Driving continuous StP process improvements
- Steering and managing StP-related projects / initiatives, including digitalization, automation, and simplification
- Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the StP process
- Identifying and evaluating potentially relevant innovations in the area of StP.
YOUR SKILLS
- Being a digital native and having a digital background is a MUST!
- Proficient in technologies like SharePoint, PowerBI & MS Teams
- Excellent Project Management to manage and coordinate a cross-functional project team
- Very good (data) analytical skills incl. professional use of Excel
- Creative thinking to transform status quo into a forward looking / future oriented conceptual solution
- Excellent communication & presentation skills incl. visualization in PowerPoint / Visio
- Showing initiative and ownership for tasks assigned to him / her
- Structured and organized work approach, being able to prioritize work.
