•Deliver high quality and stable operations by carefully executing App-specific operational Tasks

•Analyze and fix issues like incidents and malfunction. Work close together with dx Teams, Providers and Vendors.

•Regular review and maintenance of Service Catalogs incl. Workflows, Solutions, Add-Ins and more

•Be an expert for Office 365 Collaboration related topics

•Consult users and stakeholders on collaboration solutions

•Work with Development, Consulting and dx Power Houses teams to meet project goals

•Identify opportunities that may be addressed by existing and new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices

•Recommend new solutions where current standard framework does not cover existing demand with the focus to improve business process efficiency

•Identify new templates which provide opportunities to increase efficiency or which could enable new processes or business models

•Minimal education required for the position is Vocational training + additional systematical qualification

•Area of specialization - IT/Engineering or comparable studies

•Minimal overall experience required - 3 years

•Further education required - Any Microsoft training in the area of 365 beneficial

•Shows analytical thinking, solution oriented approach, self-drive. Is a team player with confidence in own consulting skills.

•The SME has a minimum of 3 years of hands-on/operational experience in one or more of the following areas: SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, Power Platform, Dynamics 365.

•Knowledge in SharePoint Framework, PowerShell, Office Add-ins, Azure, Azure Functions and Azure DevOps is beneficial.

•Fluent English is a must
