YOUR ROLE
  • Leading responsibility for the global strategic program of "Connected Factory Worker"
  • Responsibility includes translation of factory workflows into digital products, owning the product roadmap and prioritizing development based on business impact and payback, developing MVPs and coordination of a team of developers bringing the products to life
  • Leading whole agile software development and deployment cycle, incl. design of documentation, active coaching, creating support tools and sharing of knowledge
  • Full responsibility for project deliverables: in-quality, on-time, and in-line with the strategic roadmap
  • Developing core-positioning for the products and establish high acceptance within user community
  • Managing products throughout life cycle, providing support to factories with effective and sustainable solutions, driving root cause analysis, defining mitigating actions, and ensuring implementation
  • Working in agile development environment, building products from scratch, and continuously improving
  • Interacting with Henkel's, unique and World Economic Forum awarded, "Digital Backbone"
  • Be part of Henkel's Smart Factory team that is responsible for the end-to-end digital transformation of the global production network

YOUR SKILLS
  • Engineering University degree (preferably mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering)
  • 3 - 5 years of working experience in Supply Chain or manufacturing related areas
  • Project Management experience, setting priorities effectively, timelines, and estimates as well as managing stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a team of developers in agile development framework
  • Strong team player, working with internal stakeholders and third parties to establish partnerships
  • Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
  • Experience in Scrum principles and Azure DevOps is mandatory
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Tableau or Microsoft Power BI reporting
  • Advanced English communication skills
  • Basic understanding of HTML5 and JavaScript is a plus
