The Center for Nanomedicine and Tissue Engineering (CNTE), dedicated to nanomedicine, biomaterials and regenerative medicine applications, is seeking applicants for a junior scientist/post-doc position in Molecular Dynamics. Research will be pursued by using customized all-atoms and/or coarse-grained systems of self-assembling peptides, cell membranes and proteins.
Candidates should have expertise in computational biophysics or chemistry, structural biology and drug discovery. Experience with MARTINI force field, GROMACS, Python software and Server Tasks Management are assets.
Strong motivation, independency, experience in writing grants and papers, deep knowledge in peptidic biomaterials are mandatory.
Minimum qualification: Master’s degree in Computational Chemistry or a related field. Experience in lieu of degree will not be accepted.
