The successful candidate will be actively involved in the design, delivery, and supervision of undergraduate laboratories associated with our Introductory Biology sequence for majors. The candidate will teach a large lecture section in either the majors or non-majors Introductory Biology course each semester, as needed. The candidate will manage and coordinate labs and course topics while collaborating with our teaching faculty, laboratory managers, graduate teaching assistants, and undergraduate teaching assistants to ensure a high-quality laboratory experience that prepares our majors for advanced coursework in Biology. We particularly welcome candidates from groups that are historically underrepresented in biology and/or have demonstrated leadership toward building an equitable and inclusive scholarly environment.
