YOUR ROLE
  • Coordinate the use of automated laboratory equipment, including robots, to provide formulations and testing as a service to internal product development groups
  • Design and schedule laboratory activities according to standard procedures on automated equipment
  • Supervise and coordinate the execution of laboratory tasks
  • Ensure high standards of safety, 5S, laboratory organization and cleanliness
  • Properly document laboratory work and communicate results to customers
  • Monitor full utilization of laboratory services
  • Develop good customer relations

YOUR SKILLS
  • Completed Master's degree in the field of chemistry, mechanical engineering, etc., e.g., as a chemist (m/f/d), engineer (m/f/d) or comparable
  • Ideally, 6 years of professional experience in the field of chemistry
  • Experience in development and testing of adhesives desirable
  • Open-mindedness, team spirit, hands-on mentality, and good communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability and organizational skills
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
