YOUR ROLE
- Consult users & stakeholders on chatbot solutions and transform business requirements into functional specifications
- Discover, design, develop, and implement advanced solutions for stakeholders by working with Development, Consulting, Business Intelligence, and SAP teams to meet project goals
- Manage requests of chatbot services by assessing business requirements and customizing projects with internal, and external, providers
- Run the quality gate to review and check developments before final deployment
- Identify opportunities that may be addressed by existing & new technologies as well as evolving industry best practices
- Support the evaluation and tests of new chatbot solutions in the area of Azure Bot Services
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Informatics
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant chatbot development experience
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Cognigy.AI, .NET, and Azure Bot is a must
- Experience using Microsoft Cognitive Toolkit (MS CNTK) and RASA NLU is preferable
- Previous project management experience is preferable
