YOUR ROLE
- Handle all electrical maintenance activities across the site while managing the electrical maintenance team
- Monitor machine history & scorecards while updating the maintenance strategy/master plan accordingly
- Drive continuous improvement activities by participating in FRCA and PDCA initiatives
- Be accountable for site assets and corrective/preventive/autonomous maintenance activities
- Contribute to projects in assigned area to ensure that maintainability, cost effectiveness, and safety requirements are delivered
- Analyze equipment & production lines and set plans for reliability improvement
- Implement a safe environment by maintaining 100% closure for all safety and quality issues across all production facilities and utilities
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant multinational FMCG experience (out of which minimum of 3 years are in electrical controls with hands-on PLC experience)
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and understand specifications, Single Line Diagram, and designing control circuit
- Proven track record of leading and developing associates
