You will be accountable for the successful execution of the delegated projects for designated categories as well as involving oversight of studies where the statistical execution activities are outsourced to Third Party Vendors. In this role you will Accountable for delivery of statistical activities for the categories/studies of responsibility Provides scientific statistical input from NCDP through to publication where appropriate, including presenting and discussing study results with internal/external bodies as required Provides statistical input for activities to support the business outside of clinical studies, such as due diligence, complaint/challenge and training Directly works with GSK study teams to correctly understand the statistical requirements for clinical trials in their area of responsibility Provides Third Party oversight of strategic and tactical partners as related to area of responsibility including input/review of study documentation and maintenance of study specific oversight plans Fulfil the role of BDM Representative, providing BDM leadership for study teams, as appropriate Review and approve Third Party task orders, change orders and invoices, as appropriate Statistical oversight for regulatory submissions Delivers expert technical knowledge and leadership to the business for statistical activities, helping to ensure best practice and achievement of business objectives based on science and values, including leading or providing input in departmental initiatives Stay current on methodological/technical advances in relevant field Closing Date for Applications: Until filled 2021 Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.
