YOUR ROLE

* THIS POSITION CAN BE LOCATED REMOTELY
  • The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for executing and managing a portfolio of complex projects related to supply chain execution and manufacturing footprint.
  • This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project completion, adhere to timeline and scope requirements, and successfully execute programs while communicating regularly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Scope of projects will span broadly across Beauty product range including bar soap, liquid hand soap/sanitizers, body wash, haircare and colorants.
  • Acts as a project manager and first point of contact for project team support and guidance
  • Facilitates and drives project management processes (e.g. risks and escalated issues calls, change requests, etc.)
  • Continuously reports project status and actively adds / updates issues, risks and tasks based on knowledge of project progress / status
  • Continuously improves delivery by sharing lessons learned from similar projects with the project manager and team
  • Supports with the development of project business case, charter and A4 and ensure appropriate sign-offs
  • Performs project health assessments and raises concerns to project manager and/or escalate to sponsor/PMO as required

YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years' experience in a supply chain related field, must be proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Project management experience with Procurement, Production, Supply Planning or Scheduling
  • Experience documenting/designing business cases and project justification
