If so, the following job opportunity may be for you: As the Sr Director, US Collaborative RWE and Pipeline Strategy for Specialty you will lead the customer facing VEO strategy for a GSK's Specialty Products (Benlysta, Daprodustat, Otilimab, Sortrovimab, and more!). These responsibilities include some of the following: Collaborative Research: To advance GSK's capabilities by providing strategic direction for collaborative real-world evidence generation initiatives and partnerships to facilitate forward-thinking approaches to address evidence gaps, unmet medical needs and barriers in care delivery across the evolving US healthcare landscape; Partner with US value evidence leads and cross-functional partners to define areas of interest and research priorities for collaborative research; partner with Therapeutic Area heads to identify opportunities for impactful above brand collaborative research aligned with US asset plans; To develop strong relationships with US customers across the healthcare ecosystem with access to real world data, research capability and interest in engaging in collaborative research; To ensure high quality collaborative research by ensuring appropriate study design and methods are applied to the research; To maintain an awareness of the significant developments in how the FDA and US payers evaluate real world evidence and how these developments impact study design and methods Pipeline Strategy: To work closely with the Specialty therapeutic area medical affairs colleagues to help guide strategy and to shape evidence generation activities and to ensure US customer needs/insights are considered and integrated into future launch plans within 3+ years of launch To partner closely with Global Value Evidence & Outcomes (VEO) leads for Specialty pipeline assets to help input customer needs and to guide strategy and shape health outcomes evidence generation plans to support anticipated US Market needs This role will also partner closely with Commercial Early Asset leads, Field Teams, Global Medical Affairs, Global VEO, and R&D teams. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: MS or PhD Experience in reimbursement and access, health economics and/or outcomes research Experience in pharmaceutical industry, managed care, hospital, academic or healthcare consulting environment, specifically relating to Health Outcomes, strategy, research and application Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Strategic and tactical application of VEO and therapeutic expertise Business knowledge and application to problem solving Reimbursement systems, healthcare market and decision-maker understanding Verbal, written, presentation and organizational skills.
