As a Safety Pharmacovigilance Manager, you will work with the Country Medical Director (CMD) and above Area Medical Team to build a strong continuous improvement, quality, collaboration and learning culture in the Medical Department. These responsibilities include some of the following: • Pharmacovigilance (PV) management • Governance management and attendance of Local Medical Governance Board (LMGB) meetings • Management monitoring within Medical activities • Ensure Medical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met • Develop Medical Science Liaison (MSL) excellence activities • MSL coaching • Medical Excellence Framework training to medical team members • Medical plans development and management • Medical budget tracking Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: PharmD - Pharmacist degree Experience developing learning content for professional development & training Experience with local regulatory requirements, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and pharmacovigilance methodology Experience ensuring alignment and adherence to principles of scientific engagement and promotional practice Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Demonstrated planning and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to interact with senior-level stakeholders across multiple functions Why GSK?
