Job Description:
Position Highlights: The Rush Alzheimer's Disease Center (RADC) is seeking a Scientist to work on NIH-funded studies of aging in a stimulating multi-disciplinary environment, including linkage of Medicare data to cohort data.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Use Medicare claims data linked with other longitudinal RADC cohort data to study conditions of aging, disease, frailty, and dementia.

Participate with faculty and other fellows and trainees, in the development of research manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed scientific journals

Gain experience in longitudinal cohort design
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ph.D. required, preferably in health economics, epidemiology, or related field. Knowledge of epidemiology or cohort study design and statistical analyses is desired. Experience with Medicare Claims data highly desired. Strong skills in writing, good communication, and team building skills are required.
