The Neurobiology Section in the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Southern California invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position. We seek outstanding candidates from all areas of neuroscience, including cellular, molecular, systems, behavioral, computational, and developmental. Candidates whose research falls into these broad disciplines are invited to apply. The Neurobiology Section at USC is highly collaborative and is located on the University Park Campus, offering proximity to downtown Los Angeles and a vibrant cultural and recreational environment. 

Key selection criteria will include research track record, originality and creativity of science, anticipated impact on the field of neuroscience and related disciplines as well as evidence of commitment to advancing diversity through research, teaching and/or service.
