LLU Center for Genomics: The Center for Genomics at Loma Linda University (LLU), Loma Linda, CA, USA, directed by Charles Wang, MD, PhD, MPH (founding director) is well-equipped with cutting-edge genomics and bioinformatics tools, which has gained a national and international recognition. The LLU is located in the east (60 miles) of Los Angeles, CA. The LLU Center for Genomics was a key test site for the Sequencing Quality Control-2 (SEQC-2) consortium multi-center scRNA-seq and WGS/WES benchmarking study projects which aimed at establishing the best practice guidance on NGS genomic sequencing, single-cell RNA sequencing and bioinformatics.  Dr. Wang played a key leadership role on the SEQC-1 and SEQC-2 multicenter genomics studies. We recently published three papers in Nature Biotechnology (IF 54.91) including a multicenter study benchmarking single-cell RNA sequencing technologies.
