YOUR ROLE
  • Newly created position within R&D Processing for Laundry & Home Care with focus on our pilot plants
  • Re-shape how we generate, track and use data in a way that allows us to learn more, learn fast and transfer information seamlessly within R&D and to our supply chain partners
  • Independently design, execute and summarize experiments in our pilot plants
  • Propose and pilot new methods and measurement techniques in our pilot plants
  • Influence Laundry & Home Care R&D category teams by demonstrating the value of new methods and measurement techniques, related to their core processes
  • Influence L&HC supply chain teams, by developing ways to flow data from pilot to production plants
  • Travel to production facilities, external suppliers, and trade fairs, to adopt best in class approaches and new ways of learning

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
  • First professional experience is welcome
  • Sound understanding of data science and methodologies to create methods and models that can be adopted by the broader R&D community
  • Excellent MS Excel skills required; basic coding skills and experience with Matlab and/or Python is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Out-of-the box thinking
  • Fluent English and German language skills
  • Willingness to travel globally (10%)
