Postdoctoral Associate or Staff Scientist

Postdoctoral Associate or Staff Scientist position is immediately available in Prof. Weihang Chai's lab at the Department of Cancer Biology, Cardinal Bernardin Cancer Center, Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine. We are seeking motivated postdoctoral researcher to conduct original research using human cell lines and mice to study the role of genome instability and replication stress in carcinogenesis. We are a highly interactive team using integrated genomics, molecular/cell biology, and in vivo approaches to advance targeted cancer therapy. Successful candidate should have a Ph.D. in a discipline related to the molecular and cellular cancer research. Applicants should have strong skills in molecular and cell biology, excellent communications skills, both orally and written, and a solid publication record. Experience with animal handling is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience and accomplishments.
