YOUR ROLE
  • As cyber security consultant, support IT project managers, product owners and business stakeholders to implement lean but effective security measures right from the start
  • Assess and evaluate IT projects, applications, and organizations for cyber security risks to our business and conformity with our standards
  • Explain cyber security requirements and associated risks to technical and non-technical people from expert level to upper management
  • Define security measures, drive their implementation, and ensure their effective operation to manage Henkel's cyber risks
  • Manage our security consulting process and keep it up to date with internal and external requirements while ensuring cost efficiency and effectiveness of results
  • Keep our global cyber and information security policy framework up to date with global best practice, market, and technology trends

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree in cyber security, computer science, or business administration
  • 4-6 years of broad professional experience in a similar role
  • Technical experience in e.g., cloud technologies, data analytics or software development
  • Experience in agile organizations and processes, e.g., DevSecOps or Scrum
  • Track record as a project manager, while first experience as a team lead is beneficial
  • Generalist in cyber and information security management who can dive deeper into technical topics
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language
  • Business expertise such as in digital marketing, sales, finance, or HR is beneficial
  • Active certifications such as CISSP or CISM are desired
  • Start-up mentality, driven by both business opportunities and cyber risks; Be familiar with agile methodologies and their speed of delivery
