Hopeful for those we support, rebellious in our approach, and collaborative by breaking down barriers, AccessHope is seeking a Business Analyst to help us uniquely deploy the latest cancer knowledge to the places it's needed most. As an ideal candidate, you'll support the development, communication and implementation of key operational and strategic initiatives developed by the Leadership team.

This is a Fully Remote Opportunity. Candidate may sit in any of the 48 States But prefer Pacific and Mountain Timezone candidates. Will need to work Pacific Hours

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Produces analyses and presentations to support strategic and operational decisions and priorities.
  • Supports the various operational leaders through the day-to-day administrative management of critical activities (i.e., status reports, agenda development, project plans, action item follow-up).
  • Support project execution through administrative management, including the compilation of status reports, agenda development and action item management.
  • Supports a multi-disciplinary team by contributing core initiatives such as the Client Lifecycle process, new implementations, operational and technological enhancements, provider relations and outreach.
  • Provides ancillary support to people resources, provider engagement, and member engagement activities such as staff engagement, human resources analysis, marketing analysis, and provider and member engagement surveys.
  • Effectively communicates relevant information. Develop power point decks for multiple audiences, including the Executive Leadership Team. Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Works well across all levels of the organization.
  • Keeps track of action items and follows up to completion.
  • Practices a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality.
  • Follows established AccessHope and department policies, procedures, objectives, performance improvement, attendance, safety, guidelines, including adherence to the workplace Code of Conduct and Compliance Plan.
  • Support other activities under the purview of the Chief of Staff.
  • Enhances professional growth and development by reviewing current literature, attending educational programs, workshops, and in-services
  • Collaborates with teammates and utilizes the AccessHope on-line library
  • Educate internal stakeholders and keep them informed on the most recent policy and process changes
  • Practice a high level of integrity and honesty in maintaining confidentiality
  • Embody the team vision.

Basic education, experience and skills required for consideration:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Health and Human Services, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field; experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • 1+ years' related experience in a consulting, healthcare, business operations or similar setting.
  • Prior experience demonstrating effective written communication and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Preferably Six Sigma and Lean methodologies
