YOUR ROLE
  • Manage and support the collection, creation, revision, distribution and maintenance of regulatory documentation (e.g. SOPs, regulatory submission documents, master file documentation, test reports, compliance certificates, etc.)
  • Work closely with multiple departments to revise, issue and track technical regulatory activities, including the documentation and records required to meet product launch timelines. Provide status updates and reminders when necessary.
  • Develop and manage the necessary processes to provide complete and accurate product technical documents and reports required by regulators and customers
  • Conduct internal audits of the regulatory document management system and documents where needed to assure compliance to applicable regulations, policies and processes.
  • Develop and implement workflows and similar process to streamline documentation management activities and assuring compliance with documentation retention and retrieval requirements.
  • Effectively build relationships and collaborate with colleagues inside and outside of the department, as appropriate.
  • Lead and support other regulatory related projects as required
YOUR SKILLS
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing, organizing, and documenting technical regulatory compliance documents.
  • Good conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and capable of working with attention to detail
  • Project management. Able to relate project details to larger project objectives
  • Desire for continuous learning and demonstration of learning agility
  • Planning and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, ability to build productive internal/external working relationships with cross-functional teams.
