SUMMARY

Applies technical expertise and experience to plan, coordinate, design, supervise and carry out research projects.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
Conducts research experiments and projects. Conducts research experiments and projects in scientific fields independently or with minimal oversight of faculty.

Data analysis. Evaluates resulting research data and revises techniques or approaches to work problems.

Scientific Writing Prepares scientific manuscripts and review articles to promote ongoing research projects.

Other duties as assigned

Education: PhD in one of the natural sciences or related field or Medical degree.

Experience: With PhD, no experience required. With Medical degree, two years of experience in scientific or experimental research work.
