A postdoctoral position is available immediately at the Barshop Institute, University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. The applicant will work on mechanisms of pathogenesis of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and related dementias using rodent models, with a specific focus on the aberrant lipid metabolism-induced AD development and aging in collaboration with University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Bigg’s Alzheimer’s Institute. The successful candidate should hold a Ph.D. in neuroscience,  biochemistry, cellular or molecular biology, or other related fields, and have a record of creativity and strong scientific productivity. Experience working on mouse models, optical imaging, molecular biology and genetics, and/or a
