YOUR ROLE
- Responsibility for managing internal and external technical enquiries and projects in the field of application technology; focus on water-based adhesive systems
- Technical support of the regional market, the Key Account Managers (KAMs) and the technical field service team from the Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf
- Prioritization, execution and subsequent documentation of application simulations for technical customer requests in the laboratory based on incoming requests and projects
- Responsibility for completion of root cause analysis and corrective action plan for all product performance complaints
- Direct communication with internal and external partners and participation in trainings of sales, field staff and project team members
YOUR SKILLS
- Completed training as a Chemical Technician (d/f/m), Technician (d/f/m) or comparable
- Ideally 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills, strong service mentality and team spirit
- Digital affinity, initiative, willingness to change and innovate
- Fluent English and German language skills
