YOUR ROLE
  • Oversee the global portfolio of digital data products, their budget, cost, milestones and timeline within Henkel dx Data & Analytics to ensure product excellence
  • Develop and own a common portfolio & demand management tool across our dx business units
  • Define and promote a capacity & demand planning process for our Data & Analytics team
  • Steer project demands to ensure portfolio alignment with global strategy and functional unit plans. Report portfolio status and progress to senior management
  • Be responsible for and actively manage resource capacity planning within the unit (>100 FTE) to enable successful digital product delivery
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives for the portfolio management and the digital product lifecycle. Coach team members on processes and strategic topics
  • Actively participate in cross-functional teams in the execution of our data & analytics strategy and drive digital change. Live a culture of constant learning, integrity, and mutual responsibility
  • Facilitate development and implementation of corporate, function and analytics strategy

YOUR SKILLS
  • Master's degree and relevant experience in an advanced analytics environment in either industry or academia; experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of project management experience with a focus on digital & organizational transformation and management of change
  • Strong skills in MS PowerBI and PowerPlatform; knowledge of a common PPM software is a plus
  • Native in MS PowerPoint and advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Experience as Product Owner with respective certificates
  • User of agile ways of working and agile processes e.g., Scrum, Kanban, BizDevOps and tools e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps
  • Wide scope of general business knowledge focusing on data & analytics product implementation and digital project delivery
  • Experience in engaging with C-level stakeholders and the ability to present clearly and adjust content/approach to the audience
  • Eagerness to lead and work in cross-functional teams with the ability to promote a one-team mentality
  • Fluent in English and German with high confidence in both verbal and written communication
